Potent C+™ Night Cream

This cosmetic contains 8 active ingredients that are combined to achieve a total effect on renewing and replenishing the skin. These include:

• Arctostaphylos uva-ursi leaf extract (Bearberry) 
Bearberry is a safe, natural source of hydroquinone, a potent skin lightener which gently brightens discoloration of the skin. This ingredient helps to restore and maintain an evenly distributed skin tone and colour contributing to the products overall anti-aging actions.

• Fruit Extract Blend
MultifruitTM is a concentrated blend of bilberry, sugar cane, sugar maple, orange and lemon. These extracts contain several naturally occurring Alpha Hydroxy Acid’s (AHA). AHA’s have been shown to promote smoother, younger looking skin by increasing the rate of cell renewal. The primary action of AHA lies in their ability to weaken the bonds that hold dead skin cells together (keratolytic action). When these bonds are weakened, dead skin cells can be shed from the surface of the skin, revealing fresher, smoother and younger skin.

• Tocopherol Acetate (Vitamin E)
Vitamin E is a fat-soluble vitamin, considered to be the most important anti-oxidant, scavenging free-radicals in plasma, cell membranes and tissues. Topical application has been shown to help prevent skin damage by increasing the levels of skin enzymes that help protect the skin from UV damage.

• Retinol (Vitamin A)
Retinol plumps skin, thickens the epidermis and improves the skins texture and blood circulation. Retinol repairs the signs of sun damage.

• Simmondsia chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil and Butyrospermum parkii (Shea Butter) 
Jojoba oil and Shea Butter have powerful moisturising and revitalising properties, perfect for caring for drying or aging skin. They are both well known for their ability to reduce water loss from the skin without blocking pores or leaving an oily feel.

• Camellia sinensis (Green Tea) extract 
Green tea has a powerful antioxidant activity as a result of its catechin content. As with vitamin E, Green tea has been seen to prevent cells from damage caused by UV exposure and other environmental and biological factors.

• Aloe barbadensis (Aloe Vera) extract
Extracted from the leaf of the aloe plant, Aloe Vera helps rebalance the pH level in the skin acting as a gentle astringent, firming and toning, as well as protecting the skin against blemishes. Aloe Vera creates a barrier that prevents moisture loss from the skin and carries important nutrients and moisture through the many layers of the skin down to the dermis, stimulating cells responsible for the manufacture of collagen.

When will I see results?
You may see results in as little as 6 weeks, however the process of skin rejuvenation will give the best results after 12 weeks.

If I stop using Potent-C+, will my skin revert to its former appearance?
Once desired results are achieved, some customers choose to stop using Potent- C+, allowing their skin to age gracefully. But most customers use Potent-C+ Day and Night Cream in their daily regime to maintain younger looking skin.
